Financial Assistance

In a world of inequities, we are committed to making transformational learning accessible to all.

‍

Our Commitment to Access and Equity

At Bright Morning, we know that every conversation has the power to build a more just, equitable, and resilient world—and we want to make sure that anyone who feels called to this work can join us.

We set our pricing with great care. Our fees are comparable to those of other high-quality professional development providers and are designed to reflect the exceptional quality of our offerings, ensure accessibility, and sustain our small business so we can continue to grow our impact.

At the same time, we know that access to resources isn’t equal. Structural racism and systemic oppression have created deep, lasting inequities—and we are committed to doing our part to remove barriers where we can.

When cost stands in the way, especially for those from historically marginalized communities, we offer financial assistance and limited work trade opportunities for our in-person events. We trust you to know what you need. As Elena reminds us, “without trust, there can be no relationship”—and relationship is at the heart of everything we do.

On average, those who receive financial assistance contribute about 50% of the full registration fee.

Funding Your Learning Experience

If the cost of attending a Bright Morning event would keep you from joining us, here's how we can help:

Because our resources are limited, we ask that you explore external options first. But if you need us, we are here—and we're honored to walk alongside you in this work.
‍

‍

Work Trade Opportunities

We offer a limited number work trade opportunities to make our in-person workshops accessible to those who would otherwise be unable to attend.

Through our work trade program, you can participate in a workshop at no cost by providing on-the-ground logistical support before, during, and after the event.

Work trade responsibilities include:

  • Arriving early to assist with setup
  • Supporting registration check-in
  • Assisting participants and circulating microphones as needed
  • Communicating with venue staff if issues arise
  • Checking and restocking bathroom supplies
  • Helping with post-event cleanup

Equity Collection - Pay What You Can

We know that many schools and districts no longer fund equity-focused professional development, but that won’t stop us from making sure you can access the learning you need.

That’s why we offer pay-what-you-can pricing for our Coaching for Equity workshop.

Here’s how it works:

  • Choose from five sliding scale price options
  • Pay what you can, no questions asked

This model is built on trust—and it’s also built on community care.

If you can contribute more, we ask that you do. Your generosity ensures that others who need support can participate and helps sustain Bright Morning as a small, BIPOC-owned, woman-owned business. And if you’re not able to give more, please know that you are just as welcome here.
