Take 10 minutes right now to give yourself the gift of peace of mind (and good sleep) this winter break.Â

Do this:Â
- Write down all of the lingering pain points you’re encountering that are likely to keep you from logging off with confidenceÂ
- For each, write down one first step you can take to address it. It can be small. In fact, that might be the best Â
- Pick the one that you have the most energy around. Maybe it’s the biggest challenge, or the one that feels most winnable. Use whatever criteria you want
- Identify one calendar block the first week back where you can take that step
